Yay, another pound down, after staying static last week. I think I'd rather weigh in on Friday mornings instead of Mondays. Sometimes I have discipline problems over the weekend so weighing in on Monday isn't a representation of my determination over the weekdays leading up to the weekend. Gotta stay strong on Saturdays and Sundays!
134.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I try to weigh in almost every day, but just focus on the “trend line” rather than the specific number. Sometimes my weekends get a little “loose” as well. 😜
