Well, that's it for me. I'm down to 132 lbs now, nearly where I wanted to be. I've lost 9 lbs since Jan 1 and I'm back to the weight I was at when I started work last March. Working downtown presented a challenge I didn't expect at all: food is everywhere! There's a coffee shop, fast food place or restaurant around every corner and within only steps away from our company doors. There are food places where you can put anything they offer into a takeout container and just pay by weight---oh my goodness! I gained 10 lbs in 11 months but I'm back down to 132 now, so I'm good. The next time I see food and consider stopping in, I'll just picture all the fat and flavorings and salt in it and be strong enough not to be swayed by the convenience.

No treadmill for me this morning: got a Shingles vaccine last night on the way home from work and although all was well last night, I have a pounder of a headache and a sore arm this morning. Aleve to the rescue!

Feeling good! Feel clean, focussed, pretty, lighter, confident. Forgot how this all feels. Is good motivation to stay this way although sometimes I imagine I smell milk chocolate in the air.

Yay, another pound down, after staying static last week. I think I'd rather weigh in on Friday mornings instead of Mondays. Sometimes I have discipline problems over the weekend so weighing in on Monday isn't a representation of my determination over the weekdays leading up to the weekend. Gotta stay strong on Saturdays and Sundays!
