Burned a lot of calories yesterday.
Very busy, and stressed.
Took lots of brewers yeast for the stress. (B vitamins are the anti stress vitamins.)
145.8 lb Lost so far: 8.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
