Hey, kids! Guess what happens when you know what to do and don't do it? 🤔

After too many days strung together of eating like crap, yesterday was better. Helped that I was home and less stressed. Made a black bean, tempeh, and butternut squash chili for dinner that my husband said I could make any time I wanted to.
133.6 lb Lost so far: 18.1 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh, ocean_girl, I wish I could blame salt. Maybe a little, but a big chunk was calories, and I know it. The good news is, I'm back to actually WANTING healthy food. This weekend being home, away from the work stress and temptations, has begun righting the ship

When I lost the weight, liv, I did it in a way that I never went hungry. I told my husband it was taking focus, not willpower. I lost that focus for a while. Working to get it back!

JB! Haven't seen you in ages! 😃 Hope to have skiing pics tomorrow and/or Wednesday. Tomorrow is iffy due to roads, but I took the day off Wednesday to go up. It won't be too many more days before I no longer have to schedule around work. I put in my official resignation and my retirement date is set for February 2. Yay!
