Yikees. I am not sure. I really thought I was doing OK but weight is going up AGAIN. . Time to FIGHT. I need to apply foodscale and maybe also take pictures of everything to see if I can identify what is going on.

Adorable tiny Vikings! My weight always swings 2 or 3 pounds. It goes on and comes off quick!y for me when I am sticking to a plan. You might be fine tomorrow!

I said that last time it jumped but it didn't gi down just jump up another 2 lb. I am probably miscalculating something. I am obviously a poor intuitive dieter. I have no concepts oh amounts...even when I think I do. Or maybe especially then

Data is power. I struggle to eat intuitively as well, so you're not alone. I had decades of portion distortion before I did enough tracking to get a better sense of how much was too much. You've got this 👍
