Need to shake off these 5 kilos I've put on...I should ban all bread and biscuits from the kitchen. I will start weighing in every wed and monitor my progress. Tuesday night is Insanity class with Tania and I love it...i need to find more energetic classes like this so am doing spinning on Monday (Charelle) and Thursday(Martin). What to do on Wed? might try interval training on treadmill....still doing Flavia's circuits but sometimes not managing to do a full set.
126.3 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb.    Still to go: 0.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
