I think my cheat day last week turned into a cheat weekend lol. Anyway, I haven't gained this week, but no loss either. And that is ok! I'm feeling better than I was before I restarted a few weeks ago so that is my reward from the scale this week :)

On the other hand, I'm still babying my broken toe, and in doing so I have aggravated my Achilles busitis on my opposite leg! Can't win for losing. I am still trucking though; I can't afford not to.

Amidst all my complaints this morning, I am so blessed. More blessed than I deserve. I am so thankful, even with a broken toe, chronic bursitis, and no loss this week.
189.4 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, I keep telling myself that any movement at all is better than nothing. I can't give up, but I also can't do it all. Hope your hip feels better soon!

I find I cheat more on weekends, too. I'm not worried as I do my best. During the week, it's easier. I lose then. My opinion--at least I'm doing better than I was before!

Personally I believe a week at maintenance curing a weight loss can be a very positive thing. It seems to change your state of mind and give you the desire to get back to it, so get back to it.

A broken toe can slow you down a bit, hope it starts to feel better soon. Glen hope your hip feels better soon also
