Tried coconut milk in my coffee for creamer this morning. Pretty dang tasty, but not something I want to get too hooked on.

Family stress is no joke! Sorry 😣. I have 2 tbs Thai coconut milk every morning. Coconut oil/milk helps prevent Alzheimer’s. Plus, I enjoy the satiety of the healthy fat.

StormsGirl -- I know a lot of people are convinced that coconut is a healthy fat, but I'm not convinced. To me, it's more of an indulgence to be consumed in moderation. Oh, but what a lovely indulgence it is 😉

They have, Morticia. At least I'm calmer about it and have a plan. Basically needing to set some clear boundaries, and I'm not bad at that. I can be direct to a fault, and this is a situation that requires being direct. I'll find the light at the end of the frog 🐸

Try Laird Superfood creamer. There’s a bunch of different ones on his site and I think most are vegetarian if not full vegan. Costco for original and health food stores or Amazon for the variety.

Katsolo -- thanks! I'll probably stick with coconut milk, cashew cream or soymilk when I want something creamy. I like my coffee to be coffee-flavored. Most of the time, I drink it black.
