2 day cleanse in the books and I'm down almost 6lbs!! Ready to rock this and as Jim Morrison ssi, "Break on through to the other side!"
216.4 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
