234lbs Tough couple weeks emotionally... Thought I was doing ok until last night's binging on a full rack of pb crackers.... Went extra heavy on the pb. Weight includes sweat pants and sneakers this time, so it might account for a bit of the weight increase. ⚖️ 📈 😳 😲
