Good loss...
Came over sixteen days ...
Been making some effort, but mostly due to being somewhat active and super stressed...

JD pancake sausage sticks.
Same price as sandwiches, but 20 vs 12.
Calorie savings isn't worth the protein loss.
Too much pancake-vs-sausage, not enough maple.
Ok for winter..summer needs higher energy/less carbs for early starts.

1.4lb gain in six days.
On the surface, it might appear as a gain, but I had to weigh in quickly with sneakers, jeans belt and sweatshirt on instead of as I usually do...
(Barefoot sweatpants and only a T-shirt)...
Not too worried about it, and was just curious rather than monitoring....
Bigger more pressing issues at hand.
You would think that having tended to my obligations all my life, that I'd be allowed to enjoy the retirement that I worked for since I was seventeen...
Nope.

Ugh!! 😫
Hadn't bothered to record my weight cuz it was way up due to several outings in succession at Burger King, Olive Garden with leftovers and then Chinese with leftovers for two days...
The common denominator for all is salt, so the scale went up for a week or so..
It'll probably be at least another week before I get back to a starting point anywhere near equal to what I was before the binging started.
