fat 40.7% yess! had a lovely public holiday! went swimming, can see some definition in the arms with my 200 pushups in the water. had brungiel and patata il-forn, yummy! watermelon for dessert and around 3 pm enjoyed a small ice-cream on a stick. delicious.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week

Swimming is a resistance exercise so it's great for definition. Also a great cardio workout. Keep it up 🙂🏊‍♀️
