Seems like when I stick closer to my plan, the weight starts working itself out. 🤔 Funny how that works 😂
131.8 lb Lost so far: 19.9 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1469 kcal Fat: 60.10g | Prot: 71.06g | Carb: 180.80g.   Breakfast: Sesame Oil , Trader Joe's Raw Pumpkin Seeds, Buckwheat Groats (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Lifeway Foods Original Kefir. Lunch: Date, Alter Eco Total Blackout, Sweet Red Peppers , Tomatoes, Hansung Food Cabbage Kimchi, Brian's white bean dip, Natural Grocers Fresh Ground Peanut Butter, Sourdough bread. Dinner: Medjool Dates , Silk Unsweetened Soymilk, Corn, Silken mayo, StarKist Foods Chunk Light Tuna in Water (Pouch). Snacks/Other: Crunchmaster Multi-Grain Crackers - Gluten Free, Wonderful Roasted, Salted & Shelled Pistachios, Peterson Farms Dried Cherries, Date, Apples, Egg, Blueberries , Peach. more...

Thanks, FoodyDuty :) Morticia -- too funny, LOL. :D Although, I don't think of it as punishment, nor do I consider myself a bad girl. It's all choices, reasons for said choices, and consequences. I long ago stopped beating myself up if I didn't eat perfectly. ;-)
