Today is the first day of a new diet that I started and it is called the "Smart for Life Cookie Diet" This is not currently listed here as an option, but I am going to be an example for this diet and outcome. Kind of a scientific experiment of the weight loss kind.

Is that the diet that's on TV where you eat a cookie as a diet supplement and it's supposed to keep you full?

Yes. You eat a cookie for breakfast, one at morning break, lunch and afternoon snack break along with 8 oz of water with each cookie. Then you eat a meal of some type protein and veggie. Then an evening cookie with 8 oz water. A total of 6 cookies for the day. I think I first saw this on Oprah when she had a bunch of different doctors and their diets on her show. This diet is formulated by a Dr. Sass
