Yes. You eat a cookie for breakfast, one at morning break, lunch and afternoon snack break along with 8 oz of water with each cookie. Then you eat a meal of some type protein and veggie. Then an evening cookie with 8 oz water. A total of 6 cookies for the day. I think I first saw this on Oprah when she had a bunch of different doctors and their diets on her show.
