I'm pretty sure I finally reached my plateau. Not sure what it's going to take to get over it, but hopefully I start seeing more losses next week.

I think that 178 reading must've been a fluke, or I was dehydrated. Either way, I'm sticking with the plan. Might increase the number of circuits I do in the morning to three, maybe throw in some abdominal workouts (blech!).

I friggen hate crunches and situps...
179.4 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
