Down 3 pounds the first week!! WOO HOO!!!! Decided to weigh in on Fridays...not sure if that's a good idea or not! :) Promoted by my chubby hubby!
141.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
