Weight is up a bit. A combination of a four day road trip,eating at weird times, not enough rest and not working out Friday. Oh well, new week lies ahead to stay on track.
242.2 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
