1556 kcal Fat: 112.50g | Prot: 94.45g | Carb: 43.73g.   Breakfast: low carb breakfast bowl. Lunch: broccoli, red onion, kraft ranch dressing, black olives, Baby Spinach, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, red pepper, Snow or Sugar Snap Peas, strawberry, Blueberries, romaine lettuce, sunflower seeds, boiled egg, roast beef. Dinner: whole green beans great value, butter, mashed cauliflower, wal mart chicken. more...
