Well y'all, still no movement and I was certain it would have happened. Oh well I'll stay the course and keep pushing on maybe next week, it is okay as long as I don't go up. BTW, I had two tests last night 100% on one and 95% on a Mid term yay me

Forgot this was my workout this morning my numbers were 12 pulls and 24 for push-ups which I did them all on the pull-ups used a pull-up assist for some two sets of each.

Regular pull-ups
Regular push-ups
Chin-ups
Military push-ups
Close Grip pull-ups
Wide arm push-ups
Vaulter pull-ups
Staggered push-ups right then left

So that is 84 variations of pull-ups and 192 variations of push-ups
195.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

good job. ON everything. I cant do a pull up to save my life. Never have been able to even in high school or back when I worked out at the Gym 3 hours nearly every day. Tests take determination so kudos to you. Looks like you have some drive to make things better for yourself. As far as not seeing a drop, well.... it will happen. I of all people understand the stall. it happens to me all the time. Frustrating when you are working so diligently to be good and do what you can to see results and our body makes us wait for it. :) have a wonderful day
