Well y'all, still no movement and I was certain it would have happened. Oh well I'll stay the course and keep pushing on maybe next week, it is okay as long as I don't go up. BTW, I had two tests last night 100% on one and 95% on a Mid term yay me
Forgot this was my workout this morning my numbers were 12 pulls and 24 for push-ups which I did them all on the pull-ups used a pull-up assist for some two sets of each.
Regular pull-ups Regular push-ups Chin-ups Military push-ups Close Grip pull-ups Wide arm push-ups Vaulter pull-ups Staggered push-ups right then left
So that is 84 variations of pull-ups and 192 variations of push-ups
