Well, yet another large weight increase so got it all to do again, I am so disappointed with myself right now, but will keep at it again as I am really worried about going back over 20 stone again!
Off to gym for second time this week so aiming for 3 times a week at least as it worked well before.
I am worried that I will have to be on diet forever because, as soon as I stop gym/ diet I put weight on Rapidly!!
275.6 lb Lost so far: 37.5 lb.    Still to go: 58.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

chin up! think most of us are resigned to the fact that we'll have to diet/maintain forever to keep the weight off. i'm maintaining now, still doing my diary and keeping an eye on calories. think i would be a bit lost if didn't actually, its a bit like second nature after 4 years dieting. i like coming on here talking to my buddies and "debating" with others!! good luck on your journey
