Weight down a bit and feeling pretty good. To keep on track I always weigh everything I eat -- each morning I dutifully weigh out 3.5oz of cottage cheese. The challenge I have been having recently is that when I sit down to eat, my 13 month old son (who wants to be like Dad) points to it and asks for some. When I am operating on limited calories it is the hardest thing in the world to watch him eat up my breakfast! Oh well - guess I am teaching sharing.

Be Happy!

Awww- that is very cute! Maybe you should weigh some out just for him!

You're a good daddy! I know the feeling...my youngest son snatched a few of my sliced cucumbers and I was tempted to make him move out (lol)! Seriously, I've taken to weighing out my food and an extra ounce in a baggy for whatever man-child follows me from the kitchen so everybody can continue to live in our happy home together :D

That is amazing. Maybe anticipate little mans hunger and put a little extra for him on the side.
