Going back to IF has given me a nice result. I IF again next Tuesday. :)
197.2 lb Lost so far: 52.4 lb.    Still to go: 57.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Same, but not necessarily huge weight loss, but more psychological. 5:2 is helping me appreciate food a lot more and to actually be OK with being a bit hungry. Also appreciating those smaller foods so I don't go over the 600kcal limit, or if I do, it's only by up to 100kcal. I do sometimes worry it's unhealthy, though, but maybe that's just because of what people tell me.

Thanks Somebody, and Draglist. Somebody its very good for the body. They even fasted in bible times. I love it. Well love it pushing it..LOL, I love the results..

How are you using it? Not as an everyday but as an occasional thing? Do you keep your calories the same? Do you feel using it that way is more productive? Dish!

I do 16:8 as well, although it's more like 18:6 most days. It's worked great for me.

ha Msbuggirl, 18:6 - i can relate. but yeah, i am in the IF camp too. overall 16:8 every day works for me. the longer i can go without, also getting in a workout in fasted state - the longer your body is using excess stores. i also feel better, in general. i don't particularly care for a really low day though.

I want to fast (2) 36 hr fast a week, but right now its just on Tuesday. I use it to get in a deficit for weight loss.
