As I am now Sciatica pain, therefore, I just stopped daily walk. Most of the day I lay on the bed and there is no enough movement of the body to burn calories.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh Ms Mian...be strong...know all about sciatica pain...you can do stretching ( even in bed ), And if you look into restorative yoga you can find someone to modify the poses for your condition. Even if it's just a couple modified stretching poses it will make a big difference and help settle down your sciatica. Practice the pelvic tilt in bed to strengthen your core muscles. This will keep you limber and lower your chances for muscle atrophy while reducing the chances of arthritis settling in and becoming part of your life too. Dispite the pain you have to keep moving...trust me...I know...read my journal posting.
