Again, I was a little nervous about stepping on the scale this morning. Overall food-wise I did pretty well this week, but now that I'm back to working full-time 40 hours a week AND going to school part time it has really cut into my exercise time. 99% of my "free time" is now devoted to working around the house and garden (which, thankfully, IS good exercise) and spending time with my boyfriend, pets, friends, and family (which, thankfully, can be good exercise sometimes as well). However, this is my smallest loss yet. I'm still happy with it, 2.4 pounds in a week isn't bad. I just know I can do better when I exercise more. I work close to home and often do some Wii Fit or calisthenics during my lunch breaks, I should get in the habit of making that a regular, daily thing (I just hate getting *too* sweaty since I don't have time to shower before going back to work!). This is what I needed, more motivation to get my exercise regiment back on track!
185.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 55.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
