Happy with the loss this week! Lately it seems like I have been losing less than 1 pound a week so this was a pleasant surprise! More weeks like this one, please! :D
I also bought some new pants this past week. I have gone down 1-2 pant sizes (depending on the store/brand). I thought loose fitting clothes got me motivated, but properly fitting clothes makes me feel (and look!) so much better! Like my boyfriend says, you can see my butt again! (It's no longer covered up by loose sloppy pants ;) ). I'm about half-way to my goal weight now (I've lost 31.2 pounds and have 35.8 pounds to go), feeling really good!

Weighed-in Friday, as usual, but forgot to record it here (was 168.4). This weight I am recording here, 168.0, is from yesterday. Still need to bump up exercise. Haven't been updating my food diary much; been very busy, but I'm also getting good at keeping track of things on my own (without cheating!).

I weighed myself about 5 times this morning to verify this weight... 168.6 ... EXACTLY the same as a week ago. I don't think I could do that again if I tried, heh. Time to bump up the exercise...

A little bummed today only because I weighed myself mid-week (which I normally do not do) and I was at 170.1 pounds. So I was REALLY hoping I'd be in the 169.something range at this morning's "official;" weigh-in. *sigh* Oh well. Next week... I WANT TO BE OUT OF THE 170's! I have been quite under the weather this week, though, which has made me much less physically active than usual. Finally starting to feel better. Onward!
