Hello 180 pleateau!

Not going to fret about it too much I suppose. I know I am still losing inches, and likely body fat as well (since my belt is now in some sort of notch purgatory, one is too loose the other too tight).

I'll probably be back up to 183 if not a bit higher after this weekend. Heading back to my hometown for Oktoberfest, and I'm a sucker for brats and German beer... mmm...

Still gonna keep my eyes on the prize, gotta have a little fun on the way though.
179.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
