Well, I've been avoiding the scale for a while now because I knew what it would say. I turned 37 yesterday. My husband is battling depression after the loss of his dad, some significant family relationships, and going bald. This has been the hardest year of our lives -- and while my husband has LOST weight, I tend the opposite way.

I feel hopeless and stuck. I know I CAN lose the weight with calorie counting, but I honestly fucking hate living that way.

Idk guys. I'm back. I don't want to be, but alas. Here we are.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Welcome back, so sorry about the difficult circumstances you’re dealing with. It’s extremely difficult to deal with family troubles, but I think you’ve got this. The fact that you are-focusing on getting yourself healthier ,you’re able to help everybody around you. Hang in there and keep marching forward.
