Been a year since my surgery and my mini-goal was to be back at my surgery weight at this time. Well I was close but no cigar. I need to just keep on moving and not let this set me back. I have seen some amazing results on here so I know it can be done, I just have to not let myself get in the way of what I need to do. My hope is that once the weather warms up I will do better because then I can get out and walk more and ride my bike, winter makes me just want to veg.
217.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
