All was well until I snacked on chips and pear bread. According to Fat Secret calculations, 1525 ckals and 125 Gms of carbs theoretical should be less than my daily burn, especially after I exercised, yet I still gain weight. Apparently, there is no room for junk food in my diet if I want to lose weight and keep it off.
233.0 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 103.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Salty snacks also tends to equal water weight retention which can look like weight gain. Drink a lot of water and get back on track today. I suspect one day will not be your undoing.

Yeah, what Vanessa said. Water retention can mess up the numbers. Make sure you drink lots of water.
