Still down a little after recovery - I feel great, no bounce back from the antiviral. Got some yardwork done and stuff is going out of my house slowly.
Planning for vacation is giving me anxiety - not sure if I should take the parrots this time. I have to ask my daughter how she feels about pet sitting for me.

157.2 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
