Ok! I got close to Weight watchers compliance but did not achieve last week. Still managed a loss. Yay me! Last night I had roast chicken, cucumber, Pine nuts and chili oil with a dab of light mayo for dinner. And a mini cheesecake. So I am going to get to planning ahead for the next couple of days, making tzatiki? sauce with yogurt, cucumber, and mint from my garden to have as a topping for things. Roasting some lamb and carrots to keep my food inventory moving along.

157.2 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
