Went to the theater yesterday. Had popcorn (no butter). I can't give up that treat! So I only ate watermelon and carrots the rest of the day to flush all that fat and salt out of my system. It worked!

Worked out hard to make up for it. First time I did 30 minutes in one workout
228.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week

You are doing great, keep it up! I am with you on the popcorn....that is really the only thing that has been super hard for me to give up!!!
