Worked out an hour on core. Detatched yard to ready to re-seed. over an hour. Boy that is work. That really got my heart pumping. Body Fat 41.3%
225.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
