Feeling rather nauseous after my 18th shot of Ozempic. Weightloss has been utterly slow because I've been eating poorly. Wrong foods, sometimes too many calories and very little water. But there's 7 weeks to go till we go to Thailand and I really would like to be under 127,4kg. That would be a 20kg loss then. And I really need to start working on my fitness!
