Jumped up a little last week to 228. Got out of hand with the chips and ice cream. Did well over the weekend controlling carolrie intake.
Body Fat 41.5%
225.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
