Started a one-week Smoothie Challenge with my coworkers. 2 meals of green smoothies, then a sensible dinner. Also eating fruit or veggies if I get hungry during the day.
147.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
