I'm trying to scheduled for thyroid testing. I have not be overeating and the pounds are just piling on. Feeling very discouraged today.
172.8 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I do best when I rid myself of processed foods and keep my net carbs below 100 and my calories below 1400. Doesn't happen consistently enough.
