Kept diet straight for 2 days, hit the gym every morning. didn't eat after 8:00 pm. and I loose 6 pounds. I'm sure its water weight, as I weighed in after running.

now to keep it up.

252.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 35.0 lb a week
