Ok... I took a little over a week off of my diet. I thought I had gained 5 pounds back, but this morning after a healthy.... (which I have not had since I started dieting) I found myself back at where I was when I went off the diet.

I have been somewhat careful about how much I eat, but have allowed for some of my "Forbidden" foods. Now I am going to be a bit more careful, limiting the amounts, especially the carbs. I will also watch or not allow myself certain fats.

I am going to try this method over the next month and see how I do. So as of today, I must make sure I keep up with this journal, logging the foods I have eaten, etc. And a reminder to self.... DRINK YOUR WATER... DH. I think water and drinking plenty of it is really one of the keys to loosing the weight as well as keeping the body clean.

PS.. Add note. when will I learn how to read the information on the packaging? I goofed on my lunch.. They package those noodles and I thought it was one serving.. at 250 calories.. when I went to enter it in my weight journal.. YIKES I ate two servings!.. that put me over my calorie limit. Grrrrrr.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hello, Sherry! It's good to see you again! You've done well by not gaining that 5 pounds back! I think your plan for the next month is sound and very doable for you. Just be sure to read the packaging labels correctly! It's so easy to let those calories sneak up on us! Have a good week, my friend! Hugs!
