Still no change that is good means I am maintaining maybe I will never get to 185 but I still look and feel amazing at least in my eyes :)
190.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The last pic I seen of you, you was looking great. The last 5 will fall off, I have always had a hard time with the last few myself. even with very very strick diets where im loosing 5-7 lbs a week. seems like it stops just before im where I want to be. guess our bodies want us to work really hard for the last little bit. you've got this.

As you said you look and feel good, that is probably the best measure. What the scale says is really just a number at that point.
