1/14/15, 9PM, 12g turmeric, 10g ginger juice; & took 2 Natra sleep, & 2 calms forte, & Lights out At 10:43pm; woke 4:13am, then not until 6:15 a.m. No pain, good dreams. Lots of sleep for just taking herbs :)
