due to the digital scales battery dieing I had to use old scales. weight recorded in nearest kg and convert to lb. also no body fat reading available. Taken at 10am
199.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
