Working a lot more lately so taking something to help sleep (headaches from neck injuries happen a lot more)
so, took 7.5ml Triaminic childrens cold & cough syrup.
Slept over 8 hours without waking once.
Still sleeping in Laz-boy Recliner & wearing cervical collar every night since june 2012.
No pain this morning :)
146.7 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
