182.8, my BMI now puts me in the very top end of the "Normal" range. I am thinking I might have to lower my target to below 175, but I'm going to wait till I get close to determine that.

Actually been eating more junky food, just watching my intake. Opted for a roast beef sandwich on wheat the other day instead of a pizza (which also would have had lefovers).

This weekend should be relatively light, we have friends coming into town, but they're going to be across the city most of the time.

Just looking forward to relaxing and playing some Sega CD.
182.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
