I can feel it melting away. I feel great!
175.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Coach Tee, feel free to look at my diet calendar. I'm actually doing no meat or grains and very little dairy. trying to keep my fats higher, healthy ones like nut butters and coconut butter, olive oil and bits of cream and cheese and yogurt. Its working!! I'm on day 5. thanks for asking.

Oh, and also, only 3 days into 2015 and I'm already at my lowest since summer 2013! yes.
