I did a good job maintaining. I had two parties. next week will be a big challenge just to NOT gain weight. I am driving across country (coast to coast) with KC. We will be eating and drinking and I won't be able to workout.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 186.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
