Since I entered Phase II, I seem to have slowed to a crawl with the weight loss. I injured my shoulder and can't do much in the way of streching exercises. I walk on the tread mill but not as often as I should. I'm not doing badly with keeping complient with the diet. I need to exercise harder.
276.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 126.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week

Hi, I've just started Phase II also, I only lost 5 lbs in Phase 1. Not losing anything since Phase II. I need to exercise too, but I know what you mean about injuring shoulder. It really doesn't help cuz as we get older these little injuries really start happening easier. Anyway, take care and keep up the good work with walking on treadmill, I need to get ON my treadmill!!
