Down to 184.4. Getting a little bit more lax in my diet, but still losing weight.

I am also likely putting on muscle mass, slowing my weight loss.

On the positive side, my watch had to go one notch tighter, and my belt is now comfortably one notch tighter as well.

My wife also noted the lack of my man boobs last night... lol
184.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
