I have been eating so well. This morning greens and feta omelet with 3 slices turkey bacon. yum. Yesterday we had a yummy banana peanut butter protein shake. Then when Mom and I were playing Scrabble last night she made me apples and raisins sautéed with just a smidge of butter. It was sooo sweet and smelled like apple crisp. She just put the raisins in water in a sauce pan and plumped them up and then put them in with the sautéed apples with cinnamon and cooked it down until the moisture had plumped up the apples too. It was definitely a remedy for a no sugar craving.

I weighed myself after eating breakfast and having coffee so I'm pretty pleased with my .8 loss.
