Omg, I'm on it, smaller portions, skinny whips, bread odd days not every day, fruited tea, don't feel as bloated either, good luck everyone xx
170.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi Heather the trouble is when I know I am up I binge very badly eg today I have had 4 cakes. Two Weetabix, sugar more cake a ploughman's sandwich and about 3 lattes also 3 to 4 cups of tea!!!!. The cake was two custard cream chocolate doughnuts, coffee cake, chocolate muffin and so it goes on. The next 2 to 3 days I'm good then I Geoff track and get board with diets. HELP. Love Merry Mel 🤩
